There are so many things that are wrong with cigarettes that it is almost impossible to decide where to start. The cigarette smoke smell is horrible, and it can stain clothing and other items. If you live in a house where there are only non-smokers and then you walk into a house where a smoker lives, right away you will be able to notice the difference.
Smokers get used to the smell and so they are not able to notice when they are going from a non-smokers house to a smokers house. They also tend to have issues with tasting things, because they start to lose their sense of taste, and this is why you will notice that most smokers have to use a lot of seasoning on their food because they find it hard to taste the food without it.
The cigarette filter is the part of the cigarette which is supposed to filter out allot of the chemicals that are going to be bad for you, or so some want you to believe. Some smokers like to believe that their smoke is going to be healthy as long as they are smoking filtered cigarettes.
Of course this is not true at all, and while it may filter a fraction of the chemicals this is minute and not even enough to be considered.

Once you realize just how little a cigarette smoke filter is going to do to help you, and realize that if you don’t want to have the effects of cigarette smoke that you are just going to have to quit smoking, then you should know that there is no better time than now.
Fortunately there are some great stop smoking aids that are out there on the market today so if you need help with quitting because you don’t think that you are going to be able to do it cold turkey, then you are going to want to head down to your local drug store or pharmacy where you will be able to check out the selection.
